Our customized 60-minute virtual personal training sessions are tailored to address your unique needs, focusing on core strength, posture, pelvic floor health, and addressing any personal injuries, goals, or imbalances you may have.


During these sessions, you'll work closely with our experienced trainer to develop a comprehensive workout plan that suits your individual requirements. Whether you're aiming to improve your core stability, correct posture imbalances, strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, or rehabilitate from a previous injury, our trainer will guide you through targeted exercises and techniques to help you reach your goals safely and effectively.


  • Personalized Assessments:

Together, we will go through a comprehensive assessment to understand your current fitness level, goals, and any specific concerns or injuries.

  • Customized Workout Plan:

Based on the assessment, I will design a customized workout plan that addresses your core strength, posture, pelvic floor health, and any other areas of focus or imbalance.

  • Guided Exercise Routine:

You'll receive expert guidance and instruction as you work through a series of exercises designed to target your specific needs. Whether it's core-strengthening exercises, posture correction drills, pelvic floor activation techniques, or injury-specific rehabilitation exercises, together, we will ensure proper form and technique to maximize effectiveness and minimize the risk of injury.


  • Written Instructions and Videos:

To support your independent practice, you’ll receive written instructions and access to instructional videos demonstrating each exercise in your workout plan. This ensures that you can confidently continue your fitness routine on your own, whether you’re traveling or at home throughout the summer.

Throughout the session, I will track your progress and provide feedback to help you optimize your performance and achieve your desired results.
